Agile Academy at the Lean and Agile Middle East Summit 2017

Next Saturday March, 18th 2017, Amr and Mohamed will be running a workshop at the Lean and Agile Middle East Summit 2017, insha’Allah.

The workshop titled: Lean Simulation Games: What Wastes Your Work Time?

The idea is very simple, we spend a lot of time at work, say 10 hours, with less than 2 hours effective activity. What happened? We’ll be running 6 simulation games to model what typically happens while time is being wasted 🙂
